Upstairs bedrooms: 2 have a queen bed and 1 has a day bed with pull out trundle (2 twins). Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and downstairs living area has 2 full size futons. Full baths upstairs and downstairs with master bedroom half bath. There is also a finished basement with family room. Cottage sits in its own apple orchard. There are also tennis courts and a playground. This is a private oasis that's part of the desirable community of Whittemore Shores. Home is fully furnished except sheets and towels. This is the perfect place for winter sports, with snowmobiling, ice skating and ice fishing on frozen Newfound Lake and skiing and snowboarding at nearby Ragged Mountain, Gunstock and more. Also includes full washer/dryer. No pets or smoking allowed.
Rent is $1,600 per month plus security deposit.
