Currently feeling out the rental market for 1-year leases. No indoor smoking allowed, only outside. Cats and small dogs allowed, large dogs on a case-by-case basis. If you have a dog, you are expected to clean up excrement from the property weekly. This apartment is part of a superhome, so you have your own private entrance and a section of the back deck in addition to the apartment. I will be adding a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and cabinets, as well as a microwave above the kitchen counter. There is a door that attaches to the main house that we can lock, so the apartment is completely private. The unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer. The main bedroom has an inlet for an office desk. I will update the photos once the space is finally empty. One-car attached garage that is currently manually operated, but I will be adding the electric garage door opener in the next couple of weeks. Community pool, gym, dog park, and garden within walking distance. This location is 10 minutes from Parker city limits and is located in the Independence community, but is considered to be in Elizabeth. The unit is expected to be ready for move-in by the last week of June or the 1st of July. If you need a place sooner and are willing to move in before the kitchen renovation is complete, you can use the main house kitchen while the work is being completed.
