I have a formal rental-lease agreement. There is no smoking/vaping within 15' of the house. Hot tub use requires at least 6 hours advance notice so the temp can be turned up, renter is responsible to turn the heat back down when done using the hot tub. Hot tub towels are provided. Garbage can liners/bags, dish soap, unscented laundry supplies, and all kitchen essentials are included in the monthly rent. Renter shall keep the basement clean and empty trash cans weekly. Basic housekeeping services are available for an additional fee, if desired. The basement does have an automated vacuum that runs twice a week. Renter must vacuum the bedroom themselves with the cordless vacuum provided in the laundry room.

Beautifully furnished 1,100 s.f. private basement suite in a quiet, owner-occupied meticulously maintained home located in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley. I am looking for a female tenant/roommate given the shared entrance as I am a retired single female. Suite includes a large bedroom with a king size hybrid memory foam bed, large closet, 6 drawer dresser, a 44" TV, white noise machine, full bath, living room with a dedicated workspace/desk and a 65" TV, kitchenette and dining area, shared laundry room with RO drinking water faucet, in-garage secure parking with opener, access to shared hot tub and beautiful backyard oasis and large covered patio. Garage access to basement stairwell is only 3 steps so it's pretty private and direct. Privacy is a top priority. Homeowner is retired and has 3 dogs and 2 cats so if you have pet allergies or an aversion to animals this may not be a good fit for you. The dogs do not go into the basement, but the two senior cats do so on occasion. The bedroom door is kept shut to restrict their access to the bedroom. I am looking for a long-term month-to-month tenant/roommate.
