Lease Duration: One Year, renewable No Pets, no exceptions please Non-smokers only and no smoking on the premises This home is NOT an "accessible dwelling unit" pursuant to Oregon Structural Building Code and ICC A117.1. Tenant responsible for yard upkeep and all utilities: water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric, internet. Yard, Water, Trash is paid to Owner via Backbill Monthly Service Fee in which you pay exactly for what you use. Non refundable screening fee: $65 per a person. Owner requires completion of their own supplemental screening application with posted screening criteria and will credit any Zillow application fees already paid towards that secondary screening. Deposits: Include 1 month pre paid rent plus additional half a month's rent for security deposit for individuals who meet the screening criteria. If applicants do not meet the criteria, Owner may elect to offer the unit to applicants under conditional approval including a conditional deposit in the amount of one half month's rent as a security deposit per Portland City Rules. Renters insurance is required per Portland City Rules. This unit is posted for rent on Sun May 17th at 10PM and will be accepting applications Wednesday May 20th beginning at 10PM per PDX's 72 hour wait requirement.
