The house is spacious and includes 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with new appliances, a separate game room including a Wii, ping pong table, 2 HD 4K smart TV's, 2 DVD Players with tons of movies and high-speed internet to access all of your streaming apps. Also, an entertainer's backyard fit for all ages. Soothe your sore muscles after a long day of skiing in an extra-large soaking tub located on the main floor. In addition to the 6 beds, there is a full-size memory foam air mattress located downstairs in the far north closet. You are welcome to use the extra blankets, sheets and pillows also located in this closet. You will have full use of the washer and dryer where laundry soap pods and dryer sheets are complimentary. As well as dishwasher pods, Shampoo, Conditioner and body soap. A chilled bottle of Prosecco and Coffee are complimentary! Behind the laundry room door, you will find a collapsible table and chairs for setting up a dedicated workspace in any room. There is a backup generator. If the power goes out, it will automatically turn on and you won't even notice a disruption in power. We take our guests safety seriously. There is a carbon monoxide/smoke detector outside of the common area/rooms on each level. There is a smoke detector inside each bedroom above the entryway. There is a FIRE EXTINGUSHER under the kitchen sink and one downstairs in the laundry room. Guest access: You are welcome to park in the driveway which can easily fit 4 cars. Please do not to park on the street. Other things to note: Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are a possibility of ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going to from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts we have a pest control service to service all of our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property. Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 12 guests in this listing or on the property at any time, violation of which will result in removal of all guests from the property immediately without a refund. You also agree to pay for the "additional guest fee" associated with your reservation if applicable, (just because you can sleep up to 12 people doesn't mean it's all included in the monthly rate). You understand that this is located in a nice family neighborhood, and you agree to be respectful of noise and QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am. Fee's: There is a minimum $200 per day fee, for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. WE DO HAVE AND MONITOR OUR EXTRIOR SECURITY CAMERAS for guest count compliance and for the safety of our property and that of our guests.
