This includes general upkeep, cleanliness, lawn care, landscaping, and routine care of the home. * **Trash and HOA Compliance Tenants must keep all trash cans stored on the side of the house, in the garage, or in another approved location as required by the homeowners association. Trash cans may not be left visible from the street except on designated pickup days. * **Community Standards Tenants are expected to maintain a positive relationship with neighbors and conduct themselves in a respectful manner consistent with homeowners association rules, community standards, and lease requirements. - 3 Pets total (Pet deposit needed but can be paid over time $500 and $200 for additional pets max $700) - First and last months rent due up front - House has always been smoke free.
