What do you get for your money? -The property is right on the Monon Trail -The management is very interested in providing great service and a great experience in this property; a valuable thing that you don't always get in a landlord. -The kitchen is updated and we added extra cabinets and shelves for storage -Dishwasher and garbage disposal are both installed -We always hang the Microwave so that does not take up counter space -The bathroom was re-done entirely 2 years ago. It's quite nice. -Replaced the flooring with Bamboo floors that are really pretty! -Vinyl replacement windows (not old wood windows) -Central Air of course -The light fixtures in the house are really nice fixtures -Both bedrooms have nice modern ceiling fans -Washer & Dryer are provided -Clean large open basement. We always make sure our basements are dry, clean, and well lit so you can use all of that valuable space. -Second refrigerator in basement (beer fridge!). We always supply a second refrigerator in our properties because people seem to like that. -Big privacy fenced backyard with hammock. We always work hard on the outdoor spaces/backyards. This yard has a big fire pit, we provide 4 white Adirondack chairs around the fire, a large hammock, a steel firewood rack stocked with firewood, and solar lighting hanging all around the yard. This is not a yard you would typically find in a rental house....more a homeowner style yard. -We have our lawncare company treat the lawn for weeds to keep it looking nice. -We provide lots of planters and pots if you want to use them around the yard. -Off street parking We try to think of little luxuries to make living here more enjoyable. We want you to really like your home. This is a local landlord (like an actual real person) who cares about your experience in the property. No corporate landlord here. ALSO, we do not charge an application fee when applying for this house because we do not like paying these fees when we apply for things. Open to discounting the rent if you are just one person (no roommate) moving into the house just for yourself.
