Our apartments are located on Onondaga Hill in the town of Onondaga yet still a short drive to down town if you work down there. 6-10 minutes. 10-12 min to S.U. and the hospital district. Please note: The photo array shows photos of both our one bedroom units and our two bedroom units. While looking at the photos click on the icon and it will tell you which you are looking at. 4 Minutes to Upstate at Community and Van Duyn facility. Many things near by within walking distance, 2 banks, Grocery, Sandwich & Pizza shop, Post office, Library, and more, OCC is within walking distance. There is private off street parking for residents. There is a large back yard for your use in summer. We maintain all the lawns, plow lot in winter and shovel walks. All of our buildings, apartments, and grounds are NON SMOKING. Also, we are sorry but this building is a no pets building for cats and dogs. We do not turn applicants away for lower credit, but we do run credit and background on all applicants. You are required to supply them to us upon application submission. One year lease required.
