Our 2 bed 2 bath two-story (2nd level) condo rental in Tempe (Crossroads: 48th Street and Baseline Road) is nestled within a gated community, located… in a prime spot - 10 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and 15 minutes to Downtown Phoenix, Downtown Tempe, and ASU, with convenient access to the Interstate 10 and the US 60.
Within the complex, the community amenities such as the pool and hot tub, charcoal BBQ grills and picnic tables, and a cute grassy area right front of the unit are available for residents' use. This rental is within walking distance of an In-and-Out and Starbucks when you need a late night snack or an early morning coffee to fuel your day! This listing also includes a one-car garage, with additional uncovered parking lots located within the complex.
The condo itself is an open floor plan with a spacious great room, a master bedroom on the same level, with a flight of stairs leading to a second loft-style bedroom. The home has also been upgraded with some smart home technology (light switches and thermostat) that can be used with Alexa/Google Home from your phone or smart home device, with new floors and carpet have been recently installed as well. This rental comes either unfurnished or partially furnished (couch in the great room, 1 queen bed, in-unit washer and dryer, and some kitchen amenities (oven, microwave, dishwasher)).
In addition to the base rent, the tenant will be responsible for both internet and electricity as well. Water and trash are taken care of by the owner.
