Lease terms

Flexible lease terms are available for 6, 12, or 15 months. This unit is offered furnished or unfurnished, depending on the tenant's preference. A refundable security deposit of $1500 and a one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 are due at signing. Pets are welcome (a Maximum of 2), with a $35 monthly pet fee per pet and a $300 refundable deposit due before move-in. This is a smoke-free home; smoking or vaping of any kind, including e-cigarettes and marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A spacious 2-car attached garage is included, and all tenant vehicles must be parked in the garage or on the street at the entrance of the community. Rent includes all utilities except electricity and gas; the tenants are responsible for their share of those bills, due by the 22nd of each month. Accepted payment methods include money orders, cashier's checks, and Zillow payment. Tenants are responsible for snow removal of the front steps and back deck, and trash removal, ensuring the bins are placed at the curb on pickup days.
