This is a lovely neighborhood, close enough to Haywood Rd to be easily accessible on foot, yet far enough back that it still feels like its own homely… zone. Multi-use yard with gardening use availability if desired. Stunning crepe myrtle and azaleas make Spring through summer time lush with blossoms. Many families live close by with small children and pets. Also a significant amount of artists live in this neighborhood, and recently held a walking art tour, CAT (Community Art Tour) with studios and front porches open to the public and neighbors to display and sell art.
