Excellent location near downtown Asheville, walkable to grocery stores and many neighborhood shops and cafes.… This unit is a top-floor, studio-style apartment. It has a combined living/bedroom area, with a separate kitchen, and bath. Dormer window areas provide good opportunity for separating bed, work space, etc. This is in an old dwelling in historic area and this particular space is simple and very BASIC but cozy. The walkability is wonderful.
Very limited off street parking is on site, first come, first serve basis. There is plenty of on-street parking available right in front of the building, plus more in front of adjacent buildings.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit/building. Small pet may be considered with additional monthly fee if approved -- prefer no animals/pets.
This building is on a large 1/2 acre lot, and surprisingly quiet even though so close to everything. There is shared covered front porch as well as side yard with seating area for outdoor time.
