1BR unfurnished it in apt house in historic and walkable area of North/Central Asheville (Chestnut Hill historic area about 1/3 mile from downtown).… Easy stroll to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, or many neighborhood or downtown amenities. The unit offers hardwood floors, many oversized windows for natural light, compact full kitchen including dishwasher, stove, refrig. Bath has full sized classic soaking tub with shower. There are 2 closets - not huge but typical for the age (about 3 ft wide, single rod).
Great neighbors/fellow tenants.
$1325 rent IF PAID ON TIME. This includes heat, water, hot water. (Tenant pays electricity, which should be reasonable since the main expenses of heat and hot water are covered by Landlord).
- Prefer NO pets but a pet may be considered - monthly pet fee if approved.
- NO Smoking/Vaping
- Heat is forced air on central system for building
- No AC - or tenant provides their own AC unit, or landlord may have a spare to lend).
- Sq footage is estimated it's a smaller apt with good layout for utilizing the compact space
