This is a great location of historic homes and convenient to everything. Walk to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Harris Teeter, plus many shops, restaurants and all that downtown Asheville offers!
The apt has oversized original doors and windows, hardwood floors. Spacious and versatile floorplan has LR, BR w/storage or sitting area, kitchen w/table space and bath (bath is small - shower stall - no tub). The building is old and has some quirks to the layout, apt has some definite dings - but it's a charming unit in fabulous walkable location.
Limited off-street parking on first-come, first-serve basis (2 spots in back, subject to change) - and plenty of on-street parking right in front of building. Pet may be considered with good references, monthly pet fee.
