Everything downstairs will be privately yours except for the storage room (available for use upon request). Occasional access to the basement level will be necessary to conduct routine maintenance which will be scheduled around your preference. This isn't a party house or party neighborhood- it's a very quiet area. Overnight guests are allowed once per week (this is to be sure utilities are not overused). Renters insurance will be required and proof submitted before lease is signed. Credit/background check, recent paystubs required. The security deposit is required before move in. Willing to consider splitting up the payment of the security deposit for the right person if necessary. Emergency contacts (2 minimum) will be mandatory in case of emergency.

Larger storage room in basement will remain locked, but you will be able to store items within it if necessary. Three windows for daylight are secured with grates that lock from within the basement for piece of mind. Shared two car garage, and spacious kitchen and dining area will be fully furnished. High efficiency washer and dryer for clothes. Additional 1/2 bath off of laundry area. The side of the house you will have access to will be doored off from the rest of the house for additional privacy and 0 interactions with my dogs. We will just coordinate the best times for them to cross through the dining area to go out back. No backyard access will be permitted at any time as this area is intended only for use by my dogs.
