This building was originally the 1908 Shubert Building, now a National Register property. It was brought back to life in 2005 as The Fitzgerald, in a reference to Garrison Keillor's radio theater next door. The Shubert-Fitzgerald conversion retained retail on the ground floor and created these adorable "European style" units. This building is pet friendly, however, some breed restrictions and pet fees will apply. Max weight for a dog is 45 pounds per association. Tenant is responsible for electric/electric heat. There is laundry in the building, retail on the lower level, blocks away from the light rail and many amazing eateries in DT St. Paul. There is a monthly $12.00 Admin fee.
