This is a large 2bd/2ba, 2 blocks to the beach.… It is very hard to find a 2bath apartment, never mind one which has been so throughly and gorgeously remodeled: maple floors, brand new kitchen with inset cooktop, built in stove, under cabinet lighting, white quartz countertop with stainless undermount sink, stainless refrigerator, built in cooktop vent etc... It's unfurnished. Photos are with furniture from before. No pets or smokers. Please don't ask. The bathroom has expensive floor tile and vanity, stainless shower system, brand new tiled bathtub. There are new windows throughout, and an expansive view of Point Loma and Ocean Beach from this sunny 2nd floor unit. There is a laundry room and parking. This is a very spacious 2 bedroom with two bathrooms. The bathrooms just been remodeled and look like a boutique hotel. There is off street parking for two small or one large car in front. This is the bottom, front apartment of an 8 unit building and has great light. NO PETS or SMOKERS. It is two blocks to the beach and two blocks to the businesses on Newport. It's an excellent location far enough away from Newport that parking isn't a problem, yet within easy walking or biking distance. Living two blocks to Ocean Beach is a very different lifestyle from just a few blocks further away. You can just put on your bathing suit and walk down to the beach and walk back, without any of the hassles. NO PETS OR SMOKERS. Yes, this means YOU, the person who's about to ask because their dog is mellow or cute or the person who, "only smokes outside." We are looking for neighborly, communicative tenants who rigorously monitor their financial health, pay on time and are thoughtful of their neighbors.
