There are 2.5 bathrooms in total, including a second-floor tub/shower combo and a half bath. Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels, and a hair dryer are provided. The finished basement offers a game room with an N64 console, an electric fireplace, and a big screen for movie nights. High-speed Wi-Fi (293 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace are available. The fully fenced private backyard features a hot tub and a gas grill. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, blender, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils. A dining table is available for family meals. The home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans for comfort.
Guests can enjoy the shared community pool (open May-September) and playground across the street, though seasonal access and varying hours apply. A crib and pack 'n play are available upon request. Extra pillows, blankets, hangers, and linens are provided. A washer and dryer are available for convenience during longer stays. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the garage and 4 vehicles in the driveway. Pets are welcome with a flat fee of $125 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.

Please be mindful of local city ordinances during your stay, including the approved occupancy limit and keeping noise to a respectful level, especially outdoors and during evening hours. Trailers are not permitted to be stored or parked on site. No parties, events, or illegal activity are permitted. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Guests must be 21 years or older to book and stay. If the property is equipped with a gas grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed with a receipt. If it's a charcoal grill, guests should bring their own charcoal. Hot tub rules include showering before entering, limiting use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, using beach towels, a maximum occupancy of 7 guests, no unsupervised children, no diving or jumping, no food or drink in the tub, no glass in or near the hot tub, keeping the hot tub clean and clear, keeping noise down, no smoking in the hot tub, turning off jets after use, always covering the hot tub after use, no pets in the hot tub, and not turning off the hot tub (only the jets). The temperature should remain at 100F when not in use. Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without approval. A $250 fine applies for hot tub cleanliness issues. Please remove shoes indoors. Optional checkout steps are provided but not mandatory. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
