The finished basement offers a game room with an N64 console, an electric fireplace, and a big screen for movie nights. High-speed Wi-Fi (293 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace are available. The fully fenced private backyard features a hot tub and a gas grill. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, blender, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils. A dining table is available for family meals. The home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans for comfort. A $250 fine applies for hot tub cleanliness issues. Please remove shoes indoors. Optional checkout steps are provided but not mandatory. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
