Tenant pays gas/electric and internet. All households to register animals (or declare no animals) with OurPetPolicy prior to lease signing. To qualify: gross monthly income of residents must equal or exceed 2x the monthly rent; all applicants must have zero evictions or money judgements; applicants must have good landlord references and rental history or co-signer.
