Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and the backyard is open between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Loud music or outdoor speakers are prohibited; only small portable speakers at low volume may be used outside. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will result in additional charges. A $150 cleaning fee may apply if the home is left excessively dirty. Open flames and candles are not allowed inside. If using the fire pit, it must be monitored and fully extinguished after use. Pets are not allowed, and unapproved pets will result in fines and additional fees. The total number of guests must not exceed what is listed on your reservation, including children and infants. You may have up to 3 additional daytime guests, but they must leave by 10:00 PM. Any overnight guests not listed on the reservation or anyone staying past 10:00 PM will incur a $100 per person, per night fee and may result in cancellation of your stay. The landscaping team visits every Saturday between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM for about 30 minutes, servicing only the outdoors. Guests must be at least 25 years old for all primary renters.
