Parking: 2-car garage and driveway Maintenance responsibilities: Tenant is responsible for changing the AC filter every 3 months. This house is perfect for military members, located right between Ft. Carson and Peterson SFB. 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ample rear deck space backing to a school, has your privacy in mind. Pikes Peak Community College, Shopping centers, and multiple schools within 10 minutes of driving. Don't miss the incredible view of Pikes Peak from the bay window! The basement is unfinished but provides a very large space for storage. Washing machine and drying machine are also located in the basement and come with the house along with other appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, brand new oven, dish washing machine, garage refrigerator, and a garage deep freezer. The floors in the living room were just upgraded to LVP flooring rather than the carpet and the popcorn ceiling was scraped off to give a fresh feeling to the house. Additionally, all new ceiling fans and lights were installed for a more modern look. Lastly, fresh carpet was installed on the stairs leading to the basement.
