This spacious apartment features elegant Italian ceramic marble flooring throughout, including the balcony. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet with drawers, and an en-suite full bathroom with a bathtub. Common spaces include a dining room and living room with a sofa for additional comfort. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen including dishes, glasses, pots & pans, cutlery, dishwasher, dish soap, pure roast coffee, a coffee machine, tea, a toaster, a blender, a hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board, and a vacuum. Guests are welcome to use all utilities and amenities in the property, including access to the largest residential pool in Florida, a business center, spa, jacuzzis, and a gym with yoga classes. Pool/beach towels, towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and tissues are provided. An air mattress, baby crib, and cot can be provided upon request prior to arrival. The W Residences are situated in the center of the Miami business district, overlooking Miami Bay. This prime location is close to popular areas such as Wynwood, Midtown, South Beach, and the Miami Art Design District, making it ideal for exploring the city. The neighborhood is surrounded by skyscrapers and a vibrant urban landscape, offering fine-dining restaurants, nightlife venues, cozy local coffee shops, organic grocery stores, and charming family markets. The pool will be closed from Monday to Thursday due to construction reasons but is open Friday through Sunday. Please note: The building is currently renovating some balconies, and certain balconies may be temporarily closed during your stay. This work is managed by the building and is outside our control. No refunds or discounts will be provided due to balcony or common area renovations. Management requires a picture of every guest's ID in order to be registered in the system for check-in. Please make sure you send them and give us an estimated time of arrival as soon as possible and in advance to avoid any long wait at check-in. Guests are asked to collaborate in maintaining a clean and healthy environment by using the trash chute located on every floor and ensuring trash bags are properly sealed. Access to amenities (Pool & Gym) is free, but a reservation is required at the ground floor of the building before heading to the pool or the gym. Guests can retrieve guest amenity passes there. When entering and exiting the common areas of the property, all guests are required to adhere to a proper dress code such as shirt, pants, and shoes. Please do not throw or drop anything from the balconies. No gas or charcoal grills, or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit at any time.
