Please be aware that the building is undergoing facade repairs throughout the year, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balconies are closed and cannot be used, and views from the unit will be blocked, with cellophane/protective covering potentially placed on windows. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access MondayFriday, including holidays. Pool hours and availability are managed by the building. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Smoking in the unit is prohibited. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must complete a brief pre check-in verification via the Guest App. Guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver. Fobs are required for elevators and for access to the pool and other areas, with a $100 fee for lost fobs or parking magnetic cards. Pets are not permitted at ICON for vacation rentals, unless written approval is provided by the host and the building permits it for short-term stays. Service animals will be handled in compliance with applicable law and platform policies. The building may sanction condo owners with fines of $100 or higher, in which case guests would be responsible for payment.
