Private nearby parking is available for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. For stays shorter than 30 days, you can pay directly to Regular Valet Parking at the lobby entrance or pay upon arrival for self-parking less than 200 yards away at a lower cost, though spaces are limited and reservations are encouraged. If you opt for self-parking, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the parking provider on account of injury to your property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, and agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the parking owner or manager from any loss, liability, theft, damage or cost that you may incur due to parking your vehicle on the premises. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.
