Smoking and parties are not allowed in the unit. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must sign the building rules and take a picture at check-in. Violations of house rules may result in penalties, eviction, and/or charges to the card on file. Guests must select a damage coverage option prior to check-in. A $1,000 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable $60 damage waiver fee is required. There is a $100 fee for each lost guest or parking magnetic card, and a $250 fee for coded keys plus FOB. Pets are not permitted at ICON for vacation rentals unless M.V.R. provides written approval and the building/association permits it for short-term stays. Service animals will be handled in compliance with applicable law and OTA policies. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and trash must be disposed of by guests. If returned extremely unclean, an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 will be charged. Functioning of A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, and appliances is not guaranteed, and no refund shall be given for malfunctioning.
