Valet parking is available at the building with hourly rates and no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is offered for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. For stays longer than a month, parking costs $250 per month, with specific payment and registration procedures required at the building office. For stays under 30 days, guests can pay directly to Regular Valet Parking at the lobby entrance or opt for self-parking with us for a lower cost, though spaces are limited and reservations are encouraged. A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies per pet for well-behaved dogs and cats up to 75 pounds, with a maximum of one pet per unit. Please note that building repairs may affect views, balcony access, and pool availability.

The building is currently undergoing facade repairs, which may result in blocked views, construction noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and temporary balcony closures. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access MondayFriday, including holidays. Pool hours and availability are managed by the building. Parties or noisy meetings are strictly prohibited and violations may result in penalties, eviction, and/or charges to the card on file. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a $500 penalty will be applied for smoking or parties, plus additional costs if remediation is required. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500). Exclusions apply. A $100 fee applies for each lost guest or parking magnetic card, and a $250 fee for coded keys plus FOBs. Pets are not permitted at ICON for vacation rentals, including emotional support animals, unless written approval is provided by Miami Vacation Rentals and the building permits it for short-term stays. Service animals will be handled in compliance with applicable law and OTA policies. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and trash must be disposed of by guests. If returned extremely unclean, an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 will be charged. Toilet clogs caused by misuse may incur damages up to $150.

Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
