Please be aware that the building is undergoing facade repairs throughout the year, which may result in blocked views, construction noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and cellophane/protective covering on windows. Balconies are closed and cannot be used, and balcony furniture is not permitted, with potential fines of up to $3,000 for violations. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access MondayFriday, including holidays. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
