If you opt for self-parking, you agree to a waiver releasing the parking owner/manager from liability for any loss, theft, damage, or cost incurred while parking your vehicle.

Miami International Airport (MIA) is a 20-minute drive, Port of Miami is 10 minutes by car/Uber, and Miami Beach is 15 minutes by car/Uber.
Please be aware that the building is undergoing facade repairs throughout the year, which may result in blocked views, construction noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and cellophane/protective covering on windows. Balconies are closed and cannot be used, and balcony furniture is not permitted, with potential fines of up to $3,000 for violations. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access MondayFriday, including holidays. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances, and smoking in the unit is prohibited. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. Guests must complete a brief pre check-in verification via the Guest App. The original credit card used to make the reservation should be shown upon arrival. If it is not possible, the full amount will be charged to a new card under the name of the main guest who made the reservation, and prior payments on the original card will be reimbursed as soon as possible.
The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays. There is no pool access MondayFriday, including holidays. The building is undergoing facade repairs throughout the year, balconies are closed and cannot be used, and views from the unit will be blocked. Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
