Please be aware that the building is undergoing facade repairs throughout the year, which may result in blocked views and balcony closures. Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Guests must select either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in. Access will not be granted until a selection is confirmed. The waiver does not cover damages exceeding $500, negligence, misuse, intentional acts, unauthorized parties, smoking violations, appliance misuse, or loss/damage to non-covered items such as key fobs, access cards, parking passes, or amenity cards. In the case of damage or loss of fobs, keys, amenity cards, or parking magnetic cards, there is a $100 fee for each guest or parking magnetic card, and for coded keys plus FOB, a $250 fee. Pets are not permitted at ICON for vacation rentals, unless written approval is provided and the building/association permits it for short-term stays. Service animals will be handled in compliance with applicable law and OTA policies. Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
