The building is undergoing facade repairs throughout the year, which may result in blocked views, balcony closures, and limited pool access. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access MondayFriday, including holidays. Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period, and the building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies. This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Smoking in the unit is prohibited. If returned extremely unclean, an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 will be charged. If toilets clog due to misuse, damages up to $150 may be charged. Functioning of A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, and appliances is not guaranteed, and no refund shall be given for malfunctioning, lack of signal/content, internet disruption, lack of A/C, or appliance issues. The building may sanction condo owners with fines of $100 or higher, in which case guests would be responsible for payment, which would be deducted from any deposits. Guests must be at least 23 years old to reserve. Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.) Parking: Not included. On-site valet is available for $50/day, or you can reserve nearby parking with us for $35/day.
