If a guest/party is forced to abandon the unit by security, no compensation/refund can be claimed. Proper behavior is required at all times. Pets are not permitted at ICON for vacation rentals, unless written approval is provided by the partner and the building/association permits it for short-term stays. Service animals will be handled in compliance with applicable law and platform policies. Includes a Wi-Fi set-up.
