No items should be hung on balcony railings. If guests are forced to abandon the unit by security, no compensation/refund can be claimed. Proper behavior is required at all times. The minimum age requirement to reserve is 23 years. A $100 fee will be charged for each lost GUEST or PARKING MAGNETIC CARD, and a $250 fee for coded keys plus FOB. If the original credit card used to make the reservation cannot be shown upon arrival, the full amount will be charged to a new card under the name of the main guest who made the reservation. Reservations obtained under false pretenses will result in complete forfeiture of all payments/deposits and the party will not be permitted to check in. Subletting or leasing to another person is illegal. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition. If returned extremely unclean, an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 will be charged. Toilets clog if improper materials are flushed; if caused by misuse, damages up to $150 may be charged. Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary.
