For stays shorter than 30 days, you can pay directly to Regular Valet Parking at the lobby entrance or pay upon arrival for a self-parking spot less than 200 yards away at a lower cost, though spaces are limited and reservations are encouraged. If you opt for self-parking, you agree to a waiver releasing the parking owner or manager from liability for any loss, liability, theft, damage, or cost incurred due to parking your vehicle on the premises. A one-time linen and towel set-up is included. Extra sets of linen/towels are available per request. An initial supply of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, coffee, sugar, cream, dishwasher tablets, liquid dishwasher, washer tablets, kitchen towels, toilet paper, water bottles, and garbage bags are provided for the first 2448 hours.

The building is undergoing facade repairs throughout the year, which may result in blocked views and construction noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balconies are closed and cannot be used, and cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access MondayFriday, including holidays. Pool hours and availability are managed by the building. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and permanent staining. Take out the trash before you leave. Violations may result in penalties, eviction, and/or charges to the card on file. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. All guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver. Pets are NOT permitted at ICON for vacation rentals, unless written approval is provided by the host and the building/association permits it for short-term stays. Service animals will be handled in compliance with applicable law and platform policies. Smoking in the unit is prohibited. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. Functioning of A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, and appliances is not guaranteed, and repairs will be made as soon as possible, but no refund shall be given for malfunctioning, lack of signal/content, internet disruption, lack of A/C, or appliance issues. Guests are required to sign building rules and take a picture of themselves at check-in. The Grievance Committee may sanction condo owners with fines of $100 or higher, in which case guests would be responsible for payment. Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01. Garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute and no bags should be left on the floor. Boxes must be taken to the ground level. No noise should be heard between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Noise must not cause a nuisance at any time. Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas, as is footwear. Under no circumstance should any item be thrown off the balcony. No items should be hung on balcony railings. If guests are forced to abandon the unit by security, no compensation/refund can be claimed. Proper behavior is required at all times. The minimum age requirement to reserve is 23 years. A $100 fee will be charged for each lost GUEST or PARKING MAGNETIC CARD, and a $250 fee for coded keys plus FOB. If the original credit card used to make the reservation cannot be shown upon arrival, the full amount will be charged to a new card under the name of the main guest who made the reservation. Reservations obtained under false pretenses will result in complete forfeiture of all payments/deposits and the party will not be permitted to check in. Subletting or leasing to another person is illegal. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition. If returned extremely unclean, an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 will be charged. Toilets clog if improper materials are flushed; if caused by misuse, damages up to $150 may be charged.
