The well-appointed living, dining, and kitchen area flows effortlessly, perfect for relaxing or preparing a meal. An in-unit stacked washer and dryer add ultimate convenience. Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). Private nearby parking is available for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. For stays shorter than 30 days, pay directly to Regular Valet Parking at the lobby entrance or pay upon arrival for self-parking less than 200 yards away at a lower cost. If you opt for self-parking, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue on account of injury to your property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, and agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the parking owner or manager from any loss, liability, theft, damage or cost that you may incur due to parking your vehicle on the premises. The lot is not locked, secured or guarded and will be monitored only sporadically. A one-time linen & towel setup is included. Extra sets of linen/towels are available per request. An initial supply of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, coffee, sugar, cream, dishwasher tablets, liquid dishwasher, washer tablets, kitchen towels, toilet paper, water bottles, and garbage bags are provided. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period, and the building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies. This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no pool access MondayFriday, including holidays. Pool hours and availability are managed by the building. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and permanent staining. Take out the trash before you leave. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must complete a brief pre check-in verification via the Guest App. A $100 fee for each lost guest or parking magnetic card, and a $250 fee for coded keys plus FOB. Pets are not permitted at ICON for vacation rentals, unless written approval is provided and the building/association permits it for short-term stays. Service animals will be handled in compliance with applicable law and platform policies. This apartment offers a seamless Miami experience, designed for ease and enjoyment. Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.) Parking: Not included.
