The building is currently undergoing balcony renovations, so balcony access will be temporarily unavailable during your stay. To activate building amenities, visit the Main Administration Office (Front Desk) during business hours: MondayFriday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next business day to check in and use amenities. All guests must register by providing a photo ID on the check-in day, as the building only allows access to registered guests. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, and a $300 fee will be applied if any evidence of smoking is found. Parties are not allowed and may incur a penalty. The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the building's wet areas, with a daily fine of $200 USD for violations.
