Welcome to our 2+ acre wooded retreat, a fully furnished, spacious one-level 4 bedroom, 3-bath rental nestled in the picturesque town of Walland, TN. It's just a stone's throw away from the breathtaking Smoky Mountains, 15 minutes from dining and shopping in Maryville, 30 min drive to UT Knoxville, and 10 minutes from the amazing Resort and Hotel at Blackberry Farms. This home provides complete privacy, with woods and greenery surrounding the property and screening it from roads and neighbors. Please note that we have rented the home from March 2, 2024 through July 21, 2024. We can take short term stays after July 22, 2024, and until September 1, 2024. The 1st master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. An additional ensuite bedroom features a queen-sized bed, walk-in shower, and it's own heating and cooling unit, ensuring a restful night's sleep after your mountain adventures. 2 additional bedrooms, one queen, and a kid's room with bunk beds, share a bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Living Area: The heart of the home lies in the open kitchen and family room. Unwind in the spacious family room, complete with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace. The large windows in the dining and living room provide ample natural light and frame the stunning views of the surrounding nature. The house provides all living space on one level including washer/dryer and all amenities.
