There is great soundproofing between units, but you will occasionally hear children's feet or dogs barking. Not loud enough to interfere with a work call, but enough to notice. Getting There Your private entrance is through the backyard and down a wide, stable flight of stairs with a handrail. Our back garden is currently under construction, but we make sure the path is always well-lit and safe. You'll have access to our outdoor grill and small patio space. Neighborhood Overview Alberta Arts is chock full of places to eat, drink and shop. From cocktail lounges and bars to the best brunch spots in town, to galleries, art supply stores, bookstores and clothing boutiques for all ages. NE 15th Ave is just 3 blocks away with public transit lines, you'll be a 5-min drive to the highway, and less than 15 min from PDX mean you can spend most of your time enjoying easy access to the east side, north and downtown neighborhoods and not so much commuting. There are city parks for kiddos to enjoy and you'll be walking distance from the food co-op.
