Does Not apply to Assistive Animals ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES Criminal and background check conducted. 12-month minimum lease term, no cats, minimum 620 credit score, verifiable income must be 3x the monthly rent, no smoking of any kind inside the home (including vaping, e-cigarettes, etc). All adults occupying home must complete application and credit/background check, no bankruptcies, evictions, or collections on credit. HOA fee is covered within monthly rent, however, any HOA assessments for non-compliance with the Eastmark Residential Standards will be charged to the tenant. Eastmark allows 3 rec center access accounts per household. Tenant responsible for all utilities, pest control, changing air filters regularly, and landscape maintenance within yard. Renters insurance policy required prior to occupancy. Pets require approval. 40 lbs or less for dogs. Small dogs are ok with additional pet rent $25 per month per pet.
