Lease terms

Our lease term is a fixed 12-month agreement, providing stability and predictability for both tenants and property management. The lease begins on the agreed start date and ends exactly 12 months later. At the end of the lease term, tenants have the option to discuss renewal terms with the landlord. Monthly Rent is $1,800. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $50 will apply if rent is not received within 5 days of the due date. Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying for the following utilities: Electricity (City of Concord) Water/Sewer (City of Concord) Natural Gas (Dominion Energy) Trash Removal (City of Concord) Cable and Telephone services Internet is provided by the landlord and included in the rent price. Tenants are responsible for lawn mowing and general upkeep. Smoking is not permitted inside the property, on the grounds, or in shared spaces. Violations may incur a $250 fee. Parking is available in designated areas and is included in the rent. Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with prior approval and appropriate documentation. Tenant Responsibilities for Maintenance include: maintaining the property in clean and sanitary condition, disposing of trash regularly and maintaining landscaping and reporting maintenance issues promptly to management.
