Up to 2 dogs only allowed, $1000 non-refundable deposit per dog (or any pet authorized) due at the time of signing the lease / rental agreement. No cats or other animals, some exceptions can be made for hypo-allergenic situations. Washer/dryer inside unit. Fully furnished with full and single bed downstairs, loft with an additional queen bed, sofa sleeper, large flat screen TV, full kitchen with all the cooking utensils you'll ever need, BBQ grill and firepit in the fenced in back yard. Additional freezer storage space if needed, for the fishermen.
