A zero-tolerance policy will be enforced. * Rent includes all utilities, internet/Wi-Fi, and other standard household bills. * Tenant is responsible for snow removal and ice management at their designated entrance and access areas. * Tenant agrees to keep the property clean, sanitary, and in good condition throughout the lease term. * Pets may be permitted upon landlord approval and will require an additional refundable pet deposit. Approval and deposit amount will be determined based on the pet's size, breed, and behavior history. * Subleasing, assignment of the lease, or allowing additional occupants to reside at the property is prohibited without prior written approval from the landlord. * Quiet hours shall be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful living environment for all occupants and neighbors. * Tenant is responsible for any damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests, invitees, or pets beyond normal wear and tear.
