It has one bedroom, however another bed could be put in the large front living room as there is a barn door on railing that can be closed, as well as the bedroom itself.The home has a root cellar, underneat the mud room which has some shelving for can good storage. Nice concrete patio in front with plenty of shade and concrete back patio has a beautiful view of the gasconade river valley as you can see the bluffs as well as the stars at night. Plenty of room for patio flowers or plants. Small attached shed for your tools. New windows on the front room addition which faces the north. On demand tankless hot water heater. Propane oven/stove and refrigerator are the appliances that stay, along with a portable washing machine that hooks up to the double sink in the kitchen. Propane refill is your responsibility. Bathroom has been upgraded with new floor and some furniture will stay with the home, including some tables, living room couch, and hutch in the dining room. Bedroom and living room both have barn doors hung on railings, which close for privacy. Also rain catchement tote is attached to gutter for watering your plants and flowers on the back patio.
