Public schools: Dry Creek Elementary school - quite close. School bus is just on the corner. Willow Creek Middle - 5 mins drive if no traffic. Lehi High School - 11 mins drive if no traffic. There are so many kids with all ages in our neighborhood. It'll be quite easy to find the same ages/grades with your kids. For other HOA private roads, HOA will take care of snow removal. But our house is within all city public roads and the winter snow removal by City was okie. Note - house number is actually 473, not 483. Zillow is not able to locate the actual house number for unknown reasons.
