This unit is currently occupied and we are showing with approved applications only.… The photos and video were taken before out current tenant move in, currently the unit is in good condition.
Linden Hills upper level duplex, available for a Mid Sept or October 1st move in. We are looking for a 18-22 month lease to start.
Walking into this unit you will find a large living room with access to the screened in porch. The dining room separates the two bedrooms.
The second bedroom is on the smaller side and has been mainly used as an office. The main bedroom is large enough for a king or queen.

1 garage space Included. Second car would need street parking (which is easy).
Window Ac unit included.
Tenants will share lawn and snow with lower neighbor. The lawn is mainly hostas and mulch so you will need to weed. Owner will be paying for Spring and Fall cleanup at the property.
Gas, Electric, and a flat fee for trash ($50mo) are tenant responsibility. Renters insurance is required.
Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo)

Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
