Lease terms

Utilities: The tenant is responsible for all utilities including electricity, water, gas, and any other applicable utility services unless otherwise specified in the lease agreement. Maintenance and Repairs: The tenant is responsible for promptly reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the landlord or property management. The landlord will be responsible for handling repairs and maintenance that are not caused by the tenant's negligence. Termination of Lease: In the event of early termination of the lease agreement, the tenant may be responsible for paying a fee or the remaining rent for the lease term, as specified in the lease agreement. Property Condition: The tenant agrees to maintain the property in a clean and presentable condition and to return it in the same condition, except for normal wear and tear. Lease Renewal: At the end of the lease term, both parties may discuss the possibility of lease renewal, subject to agreement on new terms and conditions. Governing Law: This lease agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
