Tenant to pay for water use on quarterly basis with $25 administrative fee. Small dogs allowed with approval and non-refundable pet deposit. No smoking. Two private parking spots in parking area, but accessed through shared driveway. Guest or other parking is plentiful along Jetton Street on a first-come, first-served basis with no restrictions. Flexible lease lengths will be considered with preference for an 11-month, 12-month, 23-month, or 35-month lease. No lease lengths shorter than 7 months will be considered.
