Renter responsible for all house utilities and internet connections, at&t along with Comcast connections already in the house you just need the subscription. NO PET FEE, NO PET DEPOSITS, NO BREED RESTRICTIONS. You the renter are still responsible for your animals and if significant damage is caused. We understand minor wear and tear. Smoking in the house is not permitted and will cause a loss in your security deposit and any additional fees to remove the smell. While living at this home you are responsible for it. We will take care of normal maintenance but if significant damage is caused it is your responsibility. The park across the street allows you to use for guests but it is not a permanent parking spot. If there are any issues with the property that I need to be aware of please let me know and it will be taken care of. If not properly reported the responsibility will be on you as the renter. Renters insurance is needed to stay here and that information will be provided at leasing. If you leave the rental property a mess when you vacate the property this can cause a loss in your security deposit. But if it is responsible when you leave we do not charge a cleaning fee. Any significant negative change in condition of the property from when I hand you the keys, to you moving out can cause a loss in security deposit. Before moving in you as the renter will walk the grounds of the property before taking possession of the property to make note of any discrepancies which will be noted so you as the renter are not responsible upon lease exit. Lease will be for 1 year.
