(Clean filters must be verified at inspections). **Property Upkeep Renter must maintain the home in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition. Renter is responsible for keeping plumbing fixtures clear of clogs caused by negligence and must report any leaks or maintenance issues to the landlord immediately to prevent damage. **Pets Maximum 2 approved pets total. Subject to non-refundable $300 pet fee and $35/month pet rent per pet. No aggressive breeds permitted per insurance policy.
