(Please contact for specific pet fees/restrictions) Included Lawn Care & HOA Requirements Provided by Landlord: Routine mowing, trimming, and edging are fully included in the rent. Fertilization & Weed Control (Required): To comply with HOA rules, the lawn must be regularly fertilized and treated for weeds. Option 1: The tenant handles and maintains this treatment personally. Option 2: The landlord can provide professional fertilization and weed control services for an additional monthly fee (highly recommended for a hands-off experience).
