Each apartment is allowed one off-street parking spot on premises and ample street parking is available for additional vehicles. Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property. Pets are allowed on approval at a $75/pet/month rate. $125 cleaning fee (nonrefundable) to be paid upon signing of lease. Security deposit ($500) is refundable. Interested tenants must pass a background/credit check before signing a lease.
