Background check required for all tenants 18 years old and older. Everyone living in the house is required to be listed on the lease. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, internet and lawn maintenance. No smoking allowed inside the home and no illicit drugs are allowed on the property. There is a one time $150 non-refundable pet fee. Landlords approval required for all pets. We will consider a short term lease but a 12 month lease is preferred. No Section 8 or HANO vouchers are accepted at this time.
