We are looking for someone who is handy and can take care of little fixes if things go wrong. Example: light bulb goes out go buy a new one and put it in. Door hinge is squeaky .put some wd40. Someone able to upkeep a home. Owner will take care of major house fixes with waterlines, washer/dryer, refrigerator etc.
